In total, over 500 people from four regions of Poland were trained. The session included both practical and theoretical elements, allowing participants to actively take part and even demonstrate their skills.
The training topics were common to all regions, and the session was led by Marcin Mańka from the Academy of Communication and Image.
“
The lecture is a presentation of the power of intention, which is particularly important in teams and in roles where contact with customers is fundamental to the job. Intention, that is, our attitude, is the best path to excellent customer service and effective sales. It allows us to build long-lasting relationships with customers, which will make them want to return. The knowledge gained will also be useful in your private life.
We believe that a quick, simple yet effective way to improve the quality of communication is to work at the most fundamental level – the level of intention. Our attitude towards another person in a specific situation means we want the best for that person (in this case, the customer). Our intentions influence our emotions, which are then quickly and unconsciously conveyed to the outside world and picked up by the people we interact with. As a result, the audience very quickly, consciously or not, senses our intentions and even experiences states similar to our own; this is the result of mirror neurons at work. So if we send a smile, that smile will most likely come back to us. The psychology of intention is an excellent recipe for building a company’s image, high-quality sales and customer service, as well as ordinary interpersonal relationships” – Marcin Mańka, trainer.
