Workplace safety is a priority at our company.
We regularly take measures aimed at protecting the health and enhancing the safety of all employees. Health is our most precious asset, which is why we remind everyone every day that safety is always the most important aspect of our operations, at every workstation and in every factory. In our production facilities, we continuously run informational campaigns aimed at employees. These campaigns raise awareness of the need to prioritize health and workplace safety. As a result, we can boast many accident-free years at our factories, which we consider a tremendous success. We are constantly raising standards and improving health and safety procedures. In our facilities, adherence to health and safety rules is an expression of our care for one another and our responsibility toward our coworkers, families, and loved ones.
Safety starts with me
The CRH Group cares deeply about the safety of all its employees and always puts it first. It is a priority at every workstation, every day, and in every factory. As part of its efforts to promote workplace safety, the “Safety Starts with Me” campaign was launched. The campaign kicked off with a video featuring employees from companies belonging to the CRH Polska group. The goal of the campaign is to make employees aware that safety is a responsibility they owe to themselves and others.
Every employee, subcontractor, colleague, and coworker should return home safely every day.
