Poland Business Run is Poland’s largest charity business run. It has been organised for seven years now, taking place simultaneously in many Polish cities. In 2019, company relay teams competed in 10 cities: Gdańsk, Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Lublin, Rzeszów and Szczyrk. The initiative aims to support people with disabilities by funding prosthetics for accident victims and promoting their active participation in society. The event also aims to promote an active lifestyle and foster integration between the local community and the business sector.
The Business Run is not only a wonderful charity event, but also great fun and a way to get in shape for autumn. This year,Polbruk
was represented by 25 people taking part in 5 relay races. The race was joined not only by company employees, but also by business partners of P.H.U. Vega, Sławomir Skórski, and Starbrands, Łukasz Sztajkowski, as well as a representative from Techniseal
, which, together with Polbruk
, is part of the international CRH group. Lucas Vallon, Commercial Director of Techniseal
, flew all the way from Canada to Gdańsk for the charity run! All the teams from Polbruk
SA crossed the finish line in excellent form and high spirits.
We congratulate the runners and thank everyone for their personal commitment, participation in the run and willingness to help those in need.
This year, 29,160 runners took part in the Poland Business Run, and the total gross amount raised from entry fees was PLN 2,151,225!
