On the second weekend of September, from 11–13 September, the best players in this ‘very young’ age category gathered in Olsztyn to compete for the top prizes in the final of the Polish Tennis Association’s Polish Junior Boys’ and Girls’ Team Championships.
The final tournaments featured the 15 best national boys’ and girls’ teams, selected through Regional Qualifying Tournaments. The line-up included two teams from Olsztyn, whom our company was particularly keen to support: KS Budowlani Olsztyn (boys) and ST RP – Sport Olsztyn (girls). Loud cheering and incredible skills resulted in medals! The ST RP Sport team stood on the top step of the podium, whilst Budowlani won bronze.
We warmly congratulate all participants in the Championships and wish them continued success on the tennis courts.
Organised by the Warmia-Masuria Tennis Association, the final of the 2015 Polish Under-10 Boys’ and Girls’ Team Championships is yet another sporting event in which Polbruk in Olsztyn has been involved. Previously, the organisers of the Polbruk & British School Cup and the Naki Cup, among others, were able to count on financial support from the company. On each occasion, the youngest athletes from Olsztyn were under the care of Polbruk.
