The Lea 251 apartment complex in Kraków, designed by Kita Koral Architekci Sp. z o.o., won the Stanisław Witkiewicz Award – 2016 edition of the Małopolska Province. The competition recognises the best contemporary architectural projects that contribute to the protection and shaping of the cultural landscape of Małopolska. The area around the building is adorned with a slab Polbruk Urbanika 60!

Lea 251 is an exclusive residential development comprising two buildings with high-end apartments. The development is distinguished by a stylish façade made of anthracite-coloured clinker brick, large glazed areas and an intimate character. The surroundings of the buildings are limited solely to essential elements. This made the use of an unusual paving material all the more significant: the Polbruk Urbanika 60 slab (dimensions 60x20 cm).

Slim, grey slabs with a smooth surface and balanced lines are the epitome of modernity. They contrast with the buildings’ dark façades, thereby emphasising the prestige and elegance of the buildings and lending the entire layout a luxurious feel. Furthermore, the paving around the apartment blocks is characterised by the durability and high load-bearing capacity typical of concrete.

The Kita Koral Architekci studio received a second-place award in the Residential Architecture category at the 8th edition of the Stanisław Witkiewicz Małopolska Province Award competition. Congratulations! We are also delighted that our product has gained recognition and was used in the development of this housing estate.
