Polbruk SA has joined the prestigious ranks of Poland’s best employers. Forbes magazine has compiled its second edition of the Poland’s Best Employers ranking, identifying the top employers who have flexibly adapted to changes in the labour market whilst looking after their staff during the pandemic.
The employers’ assessment was based on responses to a questionnaire provided by people currently in employment in Poland. For the purposes of the ranking, companies employing over 250 staff were surveyed, divided into 24 sectors. Polbruk was ranked among the best in the category “Production and processing of raw materials, building materials, metal and paper”. Over 170,000 people took part in the survey. This is the number of individual employer ratings collected via online research panels and forbes.pl.
The survey was conducted in collaboration between Forbes and Statista, a company specialising in market and consumer data. It possesses vast user databases and direct contacts to employees of the companies in question, and it was through these channels that a questionnaire was sent to them, containing questions regarding employment, including working conditions, career development, salaries and the company’s conduct during the pandemic. Responses were anonymous, and the survey ran from September to October 2021.
For an organisation to be eligible for the ranking, the survey had to be completed by at least 100 people employed by that company! The ranking was announced at the Responsible Employer Congress organised by Forbes magazine. We would like to express our sincere thanks for all the positive feedback, which has enabled us to join the prestigious group of the best employers in Poland.
