This is this year’s slogan for the Inclusion&Diversity campaign, promoting an inclusive culture and RESPECT in action across the entire CRH Group, to which Polbruk belongs.
Respect is a fundamental element of human relationships. It allows us to build healthy and lasting relationships, requires acceptance of differences, empathy and the ability to listen to others without judgement – on a daily basis, it manifests itself in caring for the needs of others and showing support.
This year, Polbruk organised an event and invited adults and children (employees, relatives and friends) to take part in a game that conveyed a positive message – in line with the CRH Group’s philosophy.
Participants who took up the challenge in their age category had to solve a crossword, whilst the youngest took on a colouring page 😊
We hope that our event proved to be a great way to highlight, not only at work but also amongst family and friends, such important aspects of life – such as love, tolerance, having one’s own opinion, empathy, courage, friendship, dignity, compassion, kindness, and above all, respect.
We received over 80 entries. Your willingness to take part in the competition and your contribution to this initiative are proof that, together, we can create a working environment where everyone feels heard and respected. Respect is worth promoting more widely, because it is always worth acting with respect for others and the world around us. Thank you for joining in the fun.
